Title and description says it all....

My least favorites;

Masako Nozawa - I know he is the original voice for Goku (DBZ)... a lot of people like it, but I could never get into it.
Linda Young - I mean... yeah. Beating the dead horse here, not a good fit for Freeza, at all.
Josh Martin - Fat Boo, ugh.... I think its more of the personality they gave Boo in the original Funi dub, but good lord, the headaches this voice gives me...

Favorites;

Ryō Horikawa - I am a Vegeta fanboy, yes, but I think he is a great fit for his character.
Sean Schemmel (Kai) - I really like what he does for Goku, I think over the years he has really become a great fit for (English) Goku.
Dameon Clarke - For Perfect Cell, even in the original Funi dub, this guy did an amazing job (For me)... that pompous, arrogant voice he portrays with Cell just fits perfectly.

Who do you guys pick for this?

- Masako Nozawa as Adult Goku and other Adult characters. I didn't like her adult Goku voice for the same reason you outlined.

- Linda Young as Frieza. I know, it's been talked about to death but her Frieza voice was pretty meh. Wasn't extremly terrible that I had to turn off the channel but it was a low part of the dub.

- Collen Clicknbeard as Gohan. I just can't stand Gohan's voice in Kai period lol. I know she has a lot of supporters and what not but I can hardly stand how annoying her Gohan voice is.

- Most Ocean dub voice actors when they dubbed DBZ for the 2nd time. They really blew it big time here. Maybe it was just a low budget and the recycled soundtrack from Megaman but everything seemed so half-assed here.

Favorites

- Dameon Clarke as Perfect Cell. What more can I say? lol. This guy brings the Perfection to Perfect Cell's voice (bad pun, I know).

- Ryo Horikawa as Vegeta. Like you said, he does Vegeta better than any other dub actor for the most part. I kinda actually prefer Brian Drummond's for the Saiyan/Namek arcs but Horikawa's voice fits much better for the series as a whole.

- Peter Kelamis as Adult Goku. This, IMO, is how Adult Goku should have sounded like in every single dub including the Japanese version. He portrays Goku's innocent, care free side like Nozawa and also makes Goku sound like a man lol. By far my favorite Goku VA. His performance would be much better if Ocean wasn't running on such a low budget.

Even Linda Young as Freeza? Or whoever voiced No.19?

To each their own.... I do like a lot of Funi's VAs.

I can not really think of a least favorite.

My favorites are Christopher Sabat, and others that most people have as their favorite, but i also like Sonny Strait as Krillin as well.

"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the war room!"

Favorites:

Masako Nozawa (Original Jp Goku/Gohan/Goten/Bardock)- She's the only voice actor who correctly portrays Goku's personality on screen.

Brian Drummond (Vegeta- Ocean Dub): Particularly in early DBZ, when Vegeta was a raging psycho. He didn't really fit him later in the series, and for that, I'd have to go with Sabat for Cell and Boo Arcs.

LittleKuriboh (Freeza- TFS Abridged): Even though this isn't an official series, he really gave Freeza that regal midget a**hole sound, which is perfect for his character.

Chris Rager (FUNI Mr. Satan): No comparison. I loved him as Mr. Satan.

Least Favorites:

Sean Schemmel (FUNI Goku): He did better in Kai, but he still doesn't portray Goku's personality correctly. Goku's not heroic or eloquent, he's fun-loving and dumb. The "ally to good" speech was epic, but it's not Goku. His voice isn't a bad fit, it's just the way he speaks while he voices Goku is completely wrong.
But regardless, Schemmel doesn't hold a candle to "bad casting choice" when it comes to who-ever the heck voiced Goku in the Big Green dub.

Stephanie Nadolny (FUNI Young Goku/Gohan): I hated her chain smoking voice. It was terrible. At least Colleen Clinkenbeard made KAI Gohan sound like a regular little kid.

I'd just like to point out that I think Goku was more 'American-ized' in our versions of DBZ. You're right, his original character is not some 'super-hero', but I think Schemmel does a good job for Goku. I don't mean to be biased either, I am not a Goku fanboy by any means.

I really hate Funi's Freeza.

However, I love pretty much every voice in the Funi Dub.

Sean Schemmel is easily the best Goku out there IMO.

Ocean was trash, and the Japanese Goku was a woman. Not that it's a problem, but it just makes me laugh.

Least Favorites

Linda Young: For obvious reasons

Pauline Newstone: She's worse than Linda Young, at least Linda sounded somewhat masculine. Pauline also had a horrible script

Brian Drummond: I'm sorry, but this Vegeta sounded like he had never hit puberty

Ocean Dub Trunks: Opposite problem with this one, he sounds like Shenron

Masako Nosawa: Goku sounds like a woman, case dismissed

Favorites

Chris Ayres: Finally a decent Freeza voice

Kent Williams as Janemba: I liked Janemba's freaky cackling, that was just awesome

Sean Schemmel in Burst Limit: This had some of the better voice acting in DBZ

Voices I don't like either dub or original:
Brian Drummond as Vegeta: Yeah, I cannot stand this voice.
Masako Nozawa as Bardock: Pretty much the only casting choice in the original Japanese that I don't like.
Stephanie Nadolny as Kid Gohan: Way too raspy and deep for the voice of a 4-10-year old child.
Linda Young as Freeza: I feel like everyone can agree that she is a terrible Freeza at this point, especially after watching Yu Yu Hakusho. Genkai is reflected too heavily with the voice used for Freeza.
Voices that I feel personify the character they play and should never be changed ever
Ryo Horikawa as Vegeta: Yeah this is Vegeta, no ifs ands or buts about it.
Christopher Sabbat as Vegeta: If Vegeta had an english voice, this would be his.
Masako Nozawa as Goku: Yup, this is definitely Goku. Sean is great and all, but I don't feel he compares.
Chris Ayres as Freeza: Man Funimation made the right choice when the replaced Linda Young with this guy.
